The Three Links Memory Care program provides a personalized wellness approach with robust life enrichment programs to enhance the mind, body, and spirit of each resident. The program is person-centered and designed to honor each resident's unique preferences and needs. Life enrichment activities, exercise classes, health and wellness services, and customized care plan administration are available to promote the overall health and well-being of the residents. The program also offers 24/7 health and wellness services, quality meals and snacks, medication management, access to medical services, and assistance with outpatient services. The program aims to provide support and care to residents and their families to ensure their comfort and confidence in their decision to choose a Three Links Memory Care program.
