A personalized wellness approach along with robust life enrichment programs are at the core of providing a safe and healthy social, cultural and educational experience for each individual. Resident preferences and needs are honored to engage the mind, body and spirit to live life to the fullest. Amenities for Memory Care Include:

• Dedicated life enrichment team members on site to create and nurture person-centered activities
• Scheduled, daily life enrichment activities
• Daily social activities
• Outings and field trips
• Exercise classes available Monday-Friday
• Spiritual services provided by chaplain Health and Wellness Services
• Available 24-hours per day, seven days a week:
• Awake staff with ongoing training in various forms of dementia and emergency preparedness
• On-call registered nurse
• Access to nurse practitioners and physicians
• Admission assessment by a registered nurse
• Three "I'm okay" wellness checks per day
• Three quality meals and snacks prepared and offered on site daily, supervised by a registered dietitian
• Customized, personalized care plan administration:
• Personal care
• Medication management
• Arranging of medical services and appointments
• Lab coordination
• Access to pharmacy
• Diabetic management, if applicable
• Wound care, if applicable
• Assistance coordinating outpatient services such as physical, occupational and speech therapies, hospice care and or other home care support
• Assistance with arranging transportation
• Access to Three Links services
• A' la carte services include:
• Linen and laundry service
• Supplemental housekeeping services
• Escorts as needed Included in Memory Care
• All-inclusive personalized service plan
• Fully-furnished private suites
• Full service laundry, linens, amenities, and more
