Three Links Care Center offers a variety of schedule options using our resident-centered care model.  This flexibility allows you to enjoy a consistent schedule and work with the same team of co-workers to serve the needs of residents and their families.

NAR/Nursing Assistant

Licensed Practical Nurse

Registered Nurse

Monday through Sunday 10-hour shifts for RNs and LPNs:

  • 6 a.m. to 4 p.m.  
  • 2 p.m. to 12 a.m.
  • 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. 

Monday through Sunday 10-hour shifts for NARs (Nursing Assistants):

  • 6 a.m. to  4 p.m.
  • 12-10 p.m.
  • 4-9 p.m.
  • 9 p.m. to 7 a.m.


Facility Maintenance – Full time with on-call rotation
Maintenance experience preferred. Boiler license or ability to acquire. Duties include: general knowledge and experience of painting, plumbing, carpentry, power tools, snow removal and lawn maintenance. Work independently, perform corrective and preventive maintenance. Join our culinary team in the Three Links Care Center! We create a fun and friendly food experience for our residents. We are looking for a great attitude, quick learner, and dependable person to work in our busy kitchen and help serve meals. If you enjoy interacting with seniors, we’d love to hear from you!

Must be on the Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry. Provides supportive services to clients who reside in the community. Responsibilities provide for meeting the physical, social and emotional needs of each client as well as helping provide a safe environment. Willing to work and learn under supervision. This positions requires a genuine concern and interest in the geriatric population.
