The Bridge
The Bridge at Three Links Care Center provides transitional care during the recovery period from injury, surgery or other neurological impairments. The goal is for each resident to achieve the highest level of independence through individualized treatment plans thus ensuring a successful return home. A team of highly qualified and caring rehabilitation professionals address issues of mobility, performance of daily activities and communication skills to restore lost abilities that affect return to an independent life. Our excellent rehabilitative services are provided by RehabCare and include:
Physical Therapy
