Three Links

The 102-bed Care Center has nursing staff on duty 24 hours a day. They carry out a plan of care for each resident in conjunction with physician’s orders. Certified Nursing Assistants are available to assist residents with personal care needs. Resident rooms whether private or semi-private, are tastefully decorated. Residents are encouraged to personalize their rooms with a favorite chair, family pictured and other items which will make their room look and feel like home. The common areas are comfortable, cozy and cheerful. From the attractive fireplace parlor adjacent to the front door to the beautiful Atrium Dining Room with adjoining garden, residents will always experience the hospitality of Three Links. The “house” built within the Care Center creates familiar surroundings for residents to gather. The back deck serves as a place for fun and meaningful activities. The kitchen provides a place to bake long remembered goodies and the dining room table beckons for residents and their families to enjoy a freshly brewed cup of coffee. The staff at Three Links as well is committed to:

• Enable each resident to achieve optimum independence
• Provide an opportunity for residents to socialize and participate in meaningful activities
• Offer a variety of programs directed towards spiritual and emotional needs
• Provide restorative and maintenance therapy according to individual needs
• Work  with community financial, social and health care resources in order to meet the special needs of residents while in the Care Center or in the discharge process
