Memory Care is offered on the Three Links campus in three separate locations
Pathways
Pathways is a Special Care Unit within the Care Center which serves twenty four residents who are experiencing the later stages of Alzheimer’s disease or a diagnosis of other related dementias. The philosophy of Pathways is to provide an environment which is sensitive to the needs of the residents who exhibit symptoms of wandering or behaviors that may be disruptive to others. Staff work together to provide care which will maximize the residents’ strengths and maintain their level of independence as long as possible. It is our believe that residents should be free from physical and chemical restraints to promote the freedom of wandering. The nursing staff works closely with the physician, nurse practitioner, consultant pharmacist and Three Links medical Director to adjust medication for each resident. Staff is continually trained to understand Alzheimer’s-type dementia behavior problems an in order to provide an environment that allows resident freedom of expression of feeling and emotions within safe and appropriate limits.
The Cottages
The Cottages offer 24-hour supervision and companionship in a home-like setting for those with early memory loss in an environment that is secure a promotes dignity and quality of life for the residents. Each Cottage offers ten private bedrooms and shared living space consisting of a family-like living room, dining room and family lounge. Here, residents can socialize during the day and enjoy the company of family and friends. The caring staff provides personalized care in a non-institutional setting that promotes a feeling of security and well-being for each resident that lives there.

Cottage on Forest
Cottage on Forest, on the campus of Three Links, offers specialized memory care. This new cottage is committed to creating an inviting and comforting atmosphere which preserves dignity and promotes quality of life for its residents. Featuring twelve spacious bedrooms with private baths and many stunning shared living spaces for family involvement, Cottage on Forest provides a secure and tranquil environment for those facing the challenges of memory loss.
