Home Care Link provides home care services to clients who require nursing care or supportive help in their own home, apartment, assisted living quarters or board and lodging setting.
Our Registered Nurse will privately assist you with treatments ordered by your doctor, setting up or monitoring your medications, giving injections, monitoring blood glucose levels, checking your blood pressure or providing skin care and dressing changes.
If assistance with your personal cares is what you need to remain in your independent living setting, our Home Health Aides will assist you with bathing, dressing, grooming, shopping, meal preparation and light housekeeping.
Home Care Link can provide additional services such as dietitian consultation, Social Service assistance, physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy through special arrangements.

Payment Options
- Private pay
- Home Care Link is certified by Medicare and Medicaid
- Qualified persons who meet specific criteria may have care paid by: Medicare or Medicaid, elderly waiver, Alternative Care Grant or health insurance policies.
