Millstream Commons is a 44-unit, independent and assisted living complex affiliated with Three Links. Opened in December 2005, Millstream Commons creates peace of mind in an environment that blends independence with supportive services and the comforts of home. Set your own pace in apartment styles that include studio, one bedroom and two bedrooms. Steps away from your apartment doors are many common areas, yours to be enjoyed.
